Disclaimer: What to Know Before You Rely on This Site

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use southernlots.living. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Who Does the Work?

Not Southernlots Pest Control. We are a referral and marketing service that connects homeowners with independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. We do not carry out insect treatment, termite treatment, rodent control, wildlife removal, exclusion or cleanup. Any work at your home is done by an independent provider.

Does a Referral Mean Approval?

No. Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement of that provider. We do not promise the quality, timing, cost or results of anyone's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a given moment. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, permits, insurance and conduct.

What About Product Safety?

Southernlots Pest Control does not pick, sell or apply any pest control product, and we make no claims about how safe any product is. Ask the provider which products they plan to use, how to prepare, and which safety steps matter for your household, children and pets. Follow the provider's instructions and the product label.

What About Wild Animals?

Rules from the state and local level govern wildlife removal, and some animals are protected. Providers must follow the rules that apply to their work. Please do not try to handle wild animals on your own. If someone may have been bitten or scratched, contact a doctor or local animal control.

Is This Site Professional Advice?

It is general information only, not professional, legal, health or financial advice. Pest problems differ, and what fits one home may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

Are the Prices Real Quotes?

No. Any cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They shift with the job, the location, the type of pest and the size of the home. Ask the provider for a written estimate before any work starts.

What About Insurance?

What we say about insurance is general. Many policies do not cover pest or termite damage. Check your policy or ask your insurer about your own coverage.

How Does Southernlots Pest Control Get Paid?

Providers or marketing partners may pay Southernlots Pest Control when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure gives the details.

Is Everything Here Correct?
